I have been going this dealer service department for 8-9 years. They always provide awesome service and patiently explain all my questions. I highly recommend Vince Adams in service department. He always goes above and beyond on service. He has been great and always honest feedback on my car. The team and dealer environment makes me feel always welcome and feel special customer. My next car will be BMW again since I already know what to expect from them after purchase service.
I would like to let everyone know about Service Advisor Tony Di Salvo at Chapman BMW. This guy is the most responsive guy I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with where my 2011 335i is concerned. I'll give you just one of many examples of Tony's excellent work ethic. My wife and I were in Chandler AZ and had just seen a movie. When we came out to the car it was about 110 degrees and my car had been baking in the sun for three hours (btw, my car is jet black). Jacob, handled my repair in a very professional manner. Even if I didn't own a BMW I would want to take my car to this service department. Can't say enough about them in the 25 word limit.
