"First BMW purchase" George is a straight shooter and I never felt pushed for anything else. He knew what I wanted and could see the car I chose was what I wanted. Great working with the Casey team, they were able to find me the dream car I wanted (though it took a little time and I was impatient.) Only ding was that we had agreed on a price and a car and when that one eluded us, it was suggested that I could pay more for another one....we had already agreed on the price so I wasn't going there. But in the end, I can say that I am very satisfied with my purchase and the staff has been good.
