When I walked IN the DOOR, after an EXHAUSTING & EMOTIONAL MORNING........ RICK CUTCHINS, CLIENT ADVISOR & RYAN THOMAS, the SALES MANAGER took care of me by listening to me as I was CRYING HYSTERICALLY and telling them that I REALLY REALLY wanted this car; when my family would NOT support me using this DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!
