When I walked IN the DOOR, after an EXHAUSTING & EMOTIONAL MORNING........ RICK CUTCHINS, CLIENT ADVISOR & RYAN THOMAS, the SALES MANAGER took care of me by listening to me as I was CRYING HYSTERICALLY and telling them that I REALLY REALLY wanted this car; when my family would NOT support me using this DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! I said, I DON’T care what they 🤔.......I am buying it!!!!!!!! Happy FANTASTIC FABULOUS FAITHFUL FRIDAY!

After shopping around at other dealerships I came back to Casey to do business with Jalil. Upon our first meeting, he was polite and friendly. It was clear that he wanted to help us make the decision that was right for us. He was quick on his feet making sure all the paperwork was signed and our new car was detailed perfectly. This buying experience was very pleasant. There was no pressure and I was allowed to take my time in making the decision to purchase. George Boseman was the salesman. His pleasant and caring demeanor was a factor in my decision to make the purchase. He allowed me to decide what vehicle was best for me.
