Rick was waiting for me as soon as I walked in the door. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He made me feel very comfortable during what can be a stressful process. Joe made the financing part as smooth as possible. He was patient and went through all of my different options with me so that I left feeling confident in my decision.

Joe is a down to earth salesman who is very knowledgeable. He helped me to get the best deal possible in the car that I wanted. He got other bmw experts involved to assist me with financing and other concerns. He personally drove my other car home, allowing me to drive my new car home. By far the best car buying experience ever for us! Didn't plan to leave with a 750LI but these guys made it impossible not to buy. Rick is amazing, no pressures, no tricky sales tactics, he just let the product speak for itself and then negotiated with us honest broker style! I bought a 2012 Mercedes C250 sport. It had a great price, and my wife and I really appreciate Rick Cutchins professionalism. He was also friendly and very accommodating. I did however, discover that the cars cigaratte lighter wasn’t working. I assume it’s just a blown fuse but I was disappointed when the sales manager refused to have it looked at. Sure it’s probably simple fix but I expect more from a luxury car dealership.

I have purchased a lot of cars over the past twenty years and this has been the easiest and best experience i have had so far. Lloyd Howell, Ryan Thomas and Dennis Grant helped me through the entire process and went out of their way to get me a better deal than what i was originally promised. Out of all the dealerships that i visited in the area the Casey dealerships had the best customer service and the friendliest staff. I can't say enough good things about Casey BMW and couldn't be happier in my CPO i3.
