By far the best car buying experience ever for us! Didn't plan to leave with a 750LI but these guys made it impossible not to buy. I bought a 2012 Mercedes C250 sport. It had a great price, and my wife and I really appreciate Rick Cutchins professionalism. He was also friendly and very accommodating. I did however, discover that the cars cigaratte lighter wasn’t working. I assume it’s just a blown fuse but I was disappointed when the sales manager refused to have it looked at. Sure it’s probably simple fix but I expect more from a luxury car dealership.
I have purchased a lot of cars over the past twenty years and this has been the easiest and best experience i have had so far. Lloyd Howell, Ryan Thomas and Dennis Grant helped me through the entire process and went out of their way to get me a better deal than what i was originally promised. Out of all the dealerships that i visited in the area the Casey dealerships had the best customer service and the friendliest staff. I can't say enough good things about Casey BMW and couldn't be happier in my CPO i3.
