We went to Casey BMW for the X5 with the cinnamon interior I saw on their website. My family was greeted right away by Sam, who is really a great young man and it was smooth sailing from there, car was still in stock, test drove it, and although I had Capital One to finance the purchase I was qualified with BMW finance at a lower percentage rate and with ease! I went to Casey BMW not knowing what to expect. Eric was the first one to approach me. I will say I was a little skeptical. That changed, I must say EXCELLENT Service. This is the second BMW I have bought from Casey, and once again it was a great experience. Casey was very competitive on price, making the purchase a good value. I appreciate Don's help throughout the shopping process (which went on for several months -- he should probably earn a medal) and Lloyd took care of pricing and processing the deal very efficiently once I found the car I wanted. Easy experience all the way around. It was a pleasure doing business with Casey BMW once again!

Mr. Don Marrow was an Awesome Salesperson!! He was very professional and knowledgeable about the BMW car. He was very sensitive to my likes and wishes of my Dream car. It took a little longer than we expected but it was worth the wait!! Took a nice long test drive and Don spent a lot of time making sure we knew everything about the car before we bought it!

No pressure. Well informed. Made me feel comfortable with the new technology not on my 335i, and had most all the paperwork done when I returned the next day to turn in my car...fast service!

I have owned 24 new BMWs over the past 40 years and I know a lot about the cars and the type of service you should receive. I live in Chesapeake. On a Saturday night around 11pm.
