We went to Casey BMW for the X5 with the cinnamon interior I saw on their website. My family was greeted right away by Sam, who is really a great young man and it was smooth sailing from there, car was still in stock, test drove it, and although I had Capital One to finance the purchase I was qualified with BMW finance at a lower percentage rate and with ease! I went to Casey BMW not knowing what to expect. Eric was the first one to approach me. I will say I was a little skeptical. That changed, I must say EXCELLENT Service. This is the second BMW I have bought from Casey, and once again it was a great experience. Casey was very competitive on price, making the purchase a good value. I appreciate Don's help throughout the shopping process (which went on for several months -- he should probably earn a medal) and Lloyd took care of pricing and processing the deal very efficiently once I found the car I wanted. It took a little longer than we expected but it was worth the wait!! Took a nice long test drive and Don spent a lot of time making sure we knew everything about the car before we bought it!
