We live in Richmond and found our BMW online. Wayne Heath had all of the paperwork ready for us when we got to Newport News, so the process was very easy. I honestly felt that Wayne's entire focus was making sure that we were happy and satisfied-a consummate professional. Everthing you ever wanted from a genuine and honest salesman. Casey BMW has to be one of the top rating BMW dealerships on the East Coast and it's because the staff they have working there like Wayne Heath. If I ever have a question or plan to buy another BMW it will only be at Casey BMW.

Jimmy Jones proved to be the most accurately informed and genuinely helpful sales consultant we have ever dealt with in more than a dozen auto purchases on two continents. In the end we have chosen a different brand, principally because of several unfortunate shortcomings of the BMW model. In fact, it's worth noting, that the dealership experience, and particularly the helpful interaction with Jimmy almost made up for the product deficiencies of the 2016 X1.
