My experience at Casey BMW with Don was great! After a total loss to my 2007 328i I was in search for another. Don recommended several vehicles and eventually I found an exact replacement but with amazing details my 2013 did not have. Buying from Casey really gets you top of the line previously owned vehicles. I went with a 2013 BMW 328i coupe and I am very happy with my service and selection. Don and his team also went above and beyond to get financing for me to leave with my car the same day. A amazing team at Casey BMW.

Thank you to salesman Joe Hargraves. Joe was knowledgeable of all vehicles offered on the lot. He took the time to learn my interest, likes and dislikes. He worked feaverishly with the sales manager to get me in the vehicle I desired. His tireless effort and dedication to service is to be commended. After working with him for three weeks; he got me in the vehicle I wanted at the cost I wanted. A true BEACON at Casey BMW! I highly recommend.

Don Morrow was great to work with. I saw a car I liked online and inquired about it. Don came in on his day off and answered all our questions and we decided to purchase the car. Great experience. Would definitely buy from him again.

I went in to look and test drive the new X5 electric hybrid. I already had an X5I and just wanted to see what the difference was. Lloyd and Crystal are the best. They spend hours trying to make sure I got everything I wanted. This was the second time buying from Lloyd and this time was even better than the first one. I had a great experience buying my first BMW from Joe Hargraves. It was a long time coming (3 years of looking, browsing, dreaming) and Joe was patient as can be expected. When it came to delivery, I caught up with Joe in the back putting on the finishing touches on the car that made it sparkle. He really treated my car like his own. Everyone that I encountered was pleasant and added to an overall positive buying experience.

I went in for the clinic and met Crystal. She make car buy seem like a picnic. I wasn't in the market for a new car, and Crystal never treated me like I was. She just spent some quality time showing me that wonderful car lot. Ended up buying a 528 and I must say, the entire process ended up being totally enjoyable.
