Don was very patience to work with our budget and got us a great deal! Thanks Don! On the flip side, I felt little aggressiveness when the finance manager kept insisting buying GAP service while finalizing the deal.

Don Morrow made my first BMW buying experience very pleasant. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and kind as I was trying to make up my mind about the car I wanted. He showed me all the options available, and when I did decide on the one I wanted, he sat in the car with me and taught me how everything worked. Great experience! Our first experience buying a 'Luxury vehicle" was pleasant and enjoyable from start to finish. Don walked us through all the options (substantial) including live tests. BMW genius (Taylor) was patient and knowledgeable in her instructions, lot to learn. Final closer was able to convince one of us that the 3 point extended warranty worth the cost. All in all an good experience and I am confident we have purchased a good value.
