I purchased a BMW 128i just recently and I wanted to acknowledge the wonderful customer service and professionalism displayed by the BMW Genius Jimmy Jones. The couple of times that I needed to come back to the dealership I am greeted with a smile and he is always helpful. He is a nice asset to your team!
Everyone from our sales associate to the general manager to our finance person was extremely nice, walked me through the process and helped get me into the car I wanted. I was concerned about qualifying for financing but they assured me they could get me a deal with an interest rate I could accept, and they were right! I walked away extremely happy with my new purchase.
My husband and I went to Casey BMW on 2-27-16 just to window shop. We were immediately approached by Nickaigea Johnson. She was so professional, helpful and friendly. No request made of her did she make it seem like it was an inconvenience. Tanner was a new salesman and very helpful. His enthusiasm for BMW was obvious and paired with our "BMW genius " Jimmy Jones they were the dynamic duo. We were actually leaning towards another brand and just stopped by BMW. After an hour we were hooked and bought a 328 diesel. We are very happy! What a pleasure it was in dealing with Mr. Morrow on Saturday, the 20th of Feb. My wife and I arrived in the pursuit of looking at the BMW-X1, but we departed with a new 2016 BMW-X3.
