I went to Casey BMW for a scheduled oil change and found out I didn't need the maintenance after all due to previous maintenance. Mike Lewis personally topped off my washer fluid, radiator fluid and showed me how to identify when my car needs maintenance. This the main reason why I would bring my vehicle back for schedule maintenance or if I decide to purchase a new vehicle. Mike Lewis needs to be the Employee of the Month at Casey BMW!!! He deserves a rating of 100!
I was only looking for a car to get me back and forth to work and I thought I was out of my league going to a BMW lot. Joe Hargraves and staff took time, worked with me, and found something that fit well within my budget and it's a nice car. Thanks Joe. God bless you!
Mr. Hargraves is a very honest dealer, very patient and friendly person. Answer every questions you ask, and very helpful. I just got my first X5 yestoday, if my friends want to buy a BMW I absolutely will recommend him.
Don Morrow is a consummate professional who is truly committed to providing the best customer that you could expect and even going beyond what is required! He was able to listen to me and actually hear what I was interested in. I went in to buy one particular vehicle but was encouraged to not settle but to really get what I would enjoy.
