This is the second car I have purchased at Casey BMW, and I have been pleased with the quality of their certified pre-owned vehicles and the customer service both times. The customer service was top notch. I never felt like the dealer was pressuring me and was always honest in all his answers. Each staff member I met was friendly. The preowned vehicle was also sold at a fair price. The vehicle looked like it was well taken care of and The engine looked clean with minimum wear. The facility itself was very clean and there process was very thorough. It would be easy to make yourself at home in their facility.

My first BMW purchase and what a hit. Everyone just loves it. I appreciate BMW providing me with the accessories and configuration that I wanted. The car showed up and appeared well beyond my expectations. I am very satisfied after mulling over an Audi or another Benz. I ordered the M4 in June. Don contacted me in July and offered to change my order to the 2016 starting it's production. I posted the production status on Facebook when it began shipping to the US. What a thrill to drive. I had an excellent experience at Casey BMW. The staff were friendly and Mr. Morrow was a delight to work with. Upon entering the dealership I was immediately greeted by 2 staff members and escorted to Mr. Morrows office. Prior to visiting I had communicated with him via email regarding a vehicle I found online. Mr. Morris had responded promptly to my online inquiry and was prepared for my arrival.
