I really appreciated the exceptional customer service recently received in purchasing my first BMW 750 Li. Mike Russell was my salesman and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and The vehicle I purchased was perfect before leaving the lot. Service is good. I have one comment. I dropped my vehicle off and waited for over an hour without anyone coming to tell me when my vehicle would be ready or if I was waiting or would return later. I know that Francine was very busy; could not someone else have helped her to at least tell people the status of their vehicle. Thank you.

Great customer service! Very knowledgeable salesperson. This is my first purchase of a bmw and they helped me throughout the whole process. I like the fact that they didn't push me to buy their vehicles. Will definitely recommend to others!

All of the individuals we dealt with in our recent car purchase at Casey BMW were personable, friendly, and helpful. Duncan Sullivan and Lloyd Howell assisted us with the purchase of the car we wanted and in expediting the extensive paperwork involved and delivering the car to our home. We found Jimmy Jones to be very knowledgeable about the X1 and patient in answering all our questions and helping us to appreciate all the car’s features. It was definitely worth our time.

I brought my 2004 BMW X5 to Casey as a first time customer of their service center. Francine Stewart was the service advisor who worked with me during the repairs. The work I wanted done was quoted a price and the parts ordered when she called to confirm the work request. She kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and kept me involved. Casey has been servicing my BMWs for several years but this was my first car buying experience. Mike Dispersio was excellent and made the buying process painless (for once).
