I was looking to buy a CPO 3 series and John DiBitetto went to great lengths in helping me buy the vehicle. He is very friendly and puts your mind to ease. Very knowledgeable and prompt in replying to queries. I would definitely recommend BMW of Sudbury and especially John for their overall service.

Will Pauls is friendly, responsive and goes above an beyond to get the best outcome. My BMW X5 diesel is a great vehicle but had a serious emissions systems and electrical problem. Will always keeps me informed. I recommend Will and BMW Sudbury without reservation.

This is the second car I am buying with Mike. It happened that I was one of his first customers when he joined Herb Chambers Sudbury. I have been impressed from the first day by his passion for vehicles, his integrity and willingness to get a deal done. Mike worked for several weeks in order to get my second dream car - an M3 convertible. Even when it was time to sign papers, Mike had a personal commitment, I did not want anyone else but Mike to get this done and without hesitation he was there when I needed his presence.

My wife and I worked with Arash (Alex) Shirazi in our purchase of a new 2013 528xi. Alex did a fine job listening to what we wanted and understanding our expectations. I've been getting my BMW 335 serviced at BMW of Sudbury for two years, ever since I purchased it. Hands down, the BEST dealership I've ever worked with. In that time, Will Pauls has been my service associate. He knows me by name, knows my car inside and out. He knows that I like early morning appointments and that I'm always checking out the new M3s for my next purchase. Somehow he always manages to get me a 3 series loaner.
