I went into this dealership without much info, just knew I was interested in getting a used X3. The associates were very friendly and welcoming and the salesman was helpful and knowledgeable in getting me the information I needed to review to make an informed decision on my purchase. I would recommend this dealership and this salesman to anyone who was looking to buy a new or used BMW.

James was very friendly and new exactly how to not be too pushy. We felt comfortable and at ease, thanks to James. I will recommend James and Sudbury dealership to my friends. James was knowledgeable on the different types of cars specific to our needs.

Looking for a BMW was exciting enough, but visiting Herb Chambers BMW was the frosting on the cake. What a gorgeous dealership!! I was so taken in by all the amenities it had to offer mostly the coffee service!!! I was greeted by Todd and immediately felt at ease. He answered a multitude of questions I had and that helped me make a better assessment of the car I would be considering.

Although I did not purchase a car during my visit, I will definitely return to the BMW dealership in Sudbury when I am ready to buy. I was looking at pre-owned BMWs and was pleased to find that their prices on used cars are set, so it is easy to know that their prices are competitive or not. I also liked the low pressure atmosphere. My salesman was very pleasant to deal with. He seemed to be honest and was straight-forward in answering my questions. James was a pleasure with whom to work. He was kind, knowledgable, and didn't waste my time. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking to buy a BMW. He got that I was interesting in buying a X5 and didn't try to show me other more expensive models. I liked his no-nonsense approach and courteous behavior!

My wife and I came into Sudbury BMW to purchase our first BMW. This was a big deal for us as we have bnever purchased a luxury car before and I wanted to be sure that we were dealing with a reputable dealership and staff. I came into BMW of Sudbury in hopes of getting out of a very unfortunate situation with my previous car and loan. I was looking to trade my car, and try to work out a plan to eliminate or reduce the extent of my upside-down loan.
