Buying a pre-owned BMW from Herb Chambers in Sudbury was nothing short of a pleasant experience. My parents, nearing retirement, felt it was necessary to bring me along so they don’t get “swindled”. While travelling to the MA area from Buffalo, NY, we fell into one of their infamous potholes resulting in 2 bent rims on my '08 335 ix. It was late on a Friday and we had plans for the entire evening and the next day as well and the car was barely driveable. I leased a 335i from the dealership in October. The sales experience was excellent, and both Jason Herndon (my client advisor) and Kosta Pappas (the general manager) were very helpful, responsive, and had great follow through.
