After visiting several disconcerning dealerships in the area, I visited "BMW of Sudbury".My first impression when walking into the facility was the new showroom and pleasant atmosphere. I was greeted at the door by Mr James Affannato with a warm smile and could he be of help. My return reply was a big YES which I had not received at other dealers. Jon Lincoln was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful when I bought my 328xi. Jon truly seemed to care that my experience at BMW of Sudbury was positive, pleasant and seamless. The day I picked up my new car, Jon had a scheduled “day off”. However, when I walked through the lobby, Jon was waiting for me. He came in to ensure my car and every detail was perfect. I was treated fairly and attentively. Jim had in-depth knowledge of the car and great at staying in touch and an overall pleasure to work with. The dealership itself is very impressive. Even the F&I process was by far the simplest and most efficient that I've experienced.

I purchased a new 5 series and dealt with salesman James Affanato. He was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with! We knew the dealership through our regular maintenance service with our previous car. Buying a used car comfortably and afterwards being fully satisfied always depends on the trust you have and develop in your dealer and his sales representative concerning knowing all technical details about the cars past history and perhaps hidden problems, which normally are not obvious to the buyer. When I began the transaction to purchase a new 5 series with BMW of Sudbury, my interactions were with another sales associate that retired mid-stream. I was assigned to James Affanato, for whom I have excellent feedback. He was extremely professional in our dealings (knowledgeable about the process and specifics of the vebicle), proactive with his communications re delivery timeline, and responsive to my inquiries. I enjoyed his "can do" attitude - would definitely recommend him to others looking to purchase a BMW.
I have experience with many dealerships in New England and I would have to rank this one as one of the better ones in terms of professionalism and customer service. I worked with Jon Lincoln, who was terrific. He was friendly, responsive, and most importantly invested his time in my decision process. I would highly recommend him to others.
bought the only manual BMW 3 series on the lot. Sales and finance very accomodating and helpful explaining differences in this model vs. Audi or VW models. James indicated that this model was fairly rare and that a customer had ordered it custom and had not taken delivery of the vehicle and that is why it was on the lot. He explained the financing offers available as well as all warranty information and options and showed the features of the vehicle in snow/poor driving conditions.
