The salesman (Jim) did an outstanding job of making me feel comfortable through the entire process. I ordered my car and got the features that I wanted with reasonable pricing. The car was delivered earlier than quoted. I have found the car to be even better than I anticipated.
Jim Affannato was so helpful and nice. I can be overly direct and hard to deal with but he handled me without loosing his cool. He was able to answer all of my questions and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a car. The dealership is practically new and is really well designed. It was a great experience and I love my new car!
I went into the dealership to discuss used 3 series convertibles with Jon, he was great, very friendly and helpful. Gave me all the information I needed on the CPO program, the current financing deals and discussed the pros and cons of buying a used one versus leasing a new one. Very helpful in making me a better informed buyer.
My sales person Jon Lincoln was extremely professional and courteous! He was in touch with me on a regular basis while I waited to take delivery of my new car. He got me out of my Lexus lease early and into a new M3 convertible. The experience was everything I had been told to expect from a Herb Chambers dealership. Excellent!!!
I've bought a few cars, even a BMW from Sudbury's competition. Jon did a great job, i would buy for him again. He truely wants to get the experience right for the consumer and his sales manager Chris backs him up like a sales manager should. Good team, I'd buy again from Sudbury.
