Jim Affannato did an excellent job navigating me through the sale of my current 335 ix and purchase of a new 328 ix. He was patient as I made my choices and definitely steered me in the right direction. Jim responded quickly to my calls and got the answers I needed to make an informed decision about by next BMW.
