While shopping for my new BMW, I visited four different dealerships. I must say that the experience that I had at BMW of Sudbury was absolutely refreshing. I have purchased many new cars in my life and have never been treated with the level of courtesy and professionalism that I received for the General Manager, Kosta Pappas. I had a perfect experience at Herb Chambers BMW Sudbury. Sales person was knowledgable, helpful and not pushy. Finance person was equally helpful. Facitity is beautiful. Their service is great -- they'll pick up the car and drop off a loaner anywhere in Mass.
I am constantly buying new vehicles and this experience was by far the best. From Evan and Brian in vehicle information to my product specialist Peter, to Chris, the manager. Everyone was extremely courteous, professional, and made this a great overall experience. The price of the vehicle was fantastic to start and they gave me a competitive value for my trade. I cannot say enough good things about the entire process and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
I first met Kosta Pappas when he was working at a different dealership. It took me a while to locate him again, but was extremely happy when I did. Kosta has always been courteous and professional. My recent dealings were no different. My problem was taken care of immediately. When looking for another car I will certainly do so with Kosta.
I bought my 328xi from BMW Sudbury. I was very pleased with the pricing and blown away by the facility and the terrific service. I know I was only getting a 328 but they made me feel like I was getting a 7. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or service a BMW. That place looks amazing. My wife and I already had 2 BMWs purchased from Foreign Motors West in Natick, MA, the 2007 335xi purchased (I think) just before Herb Chambers Motorcars took over the dealership and the 2008 328xi just after. Bill and Kosta were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly ,patient and responsive. This is a very well run dealership. The beautiful new facility is top notch and well worth the drive to Sudbury. Bill was very helpful and patient in explaining all the fabulous features on my beautiful 2010 X3. Kosta went out of his way to get us the best deal possible. Overall,the whole team at BMW of Sudbury did a great job and our purchasing experience was very positive and enjoyable.

I'm a Sales professional Who bought several cars over the years. until today, going to buy a car is slight more pleasant than having a root canal.
