Chris and the sales staff were very helpful and accomodating as well as very knowledgeable about the cars in matching up with our needs. The condition of the dealership was also very impressive unlike others we had visited in our search. I would definitely reccomend this dealership to my friends and family.

I have been a loyal customer of Foreign Motors for over 10 years. Both the sales and service departments are amazing. The staff is incredibly knowledgable and always eager to please. I have been especially impressed that the level of service has never waivered over the years. This is definitely a relationship dealership. I have recommended Foreign Motors to a number of friends who are now also loyal customers. I will continue to highly recommend Foreign Motors.

so I had a few issues with my car and took it to FMW as I always do and kate was my CA. To start I had a rejection sticker from a inspection shop. she went out of her way and snuck me in for a appointment knowing I couldnt drive the car (safety issue). arriving at the dealership I am greeted and shown my loaner which had a full tank of fuel! I have been updated daily and never had to wonder what was going on. I buy many of my repair/maintance parts from Foreign Motors West (Herb Chambers BMW in Natick, MA). Their prices (with a BMW CCA discount) are very reasonable (well below BMW NA MSRP). The parts folks are polite and helpful, even when I am just looking for information.

I brought in my car for rear brake work .. turns out only sensor was faulty but a spring coil was cracked discovered during inspection .. cudos to the mechanics team at BMW When it was time to pick up the car John R explained the parts warranty very well

"Appears to be a disconnect, between when BMW advises..." Appears to be a disconnect, between when BMW advises spark plugs to be changed, and when the dealer thinks they should be changed. I don’t believe a change is needed at 46K

"Service dept had me come in for brake flui d change. Told..." Service dept had me come in for brake flui d change. Told me I was out of warranty by three mo. Had brake job 3 mo ago. They did not change brake fluid then. Three moths ago I brought car in for service an aske they check antifreeze because of alert from the car. They topped it off inspected it and checked for leaks. This service they are telling me to to replace fluid and I have coolant leaks. A top flight shop would have done it better.
