"First Class Horror!" Brought my M3 to BMW of Sudbury for a routine recall service - positive battery cable replacement. Car was dead the next morning. Dealership said it was the battery, so I bought a new BMW battery. The following day, the car started displaying an ‘Increased battery discharge’ error message. Dealership took my car and held it hostage for a month, as they ripped it apart, causing all sorts of damage. When you first brought your vehicle in back in July, we diagnosed the issue and found that the battery was never properly registered into the computer. We installed the new battery free of cost, and took care of the towing cost. "It's the service department you wish you'd always had" I bought a 2019 BMW X3 M40i elsewhere because of price. But when it arrived with a boatload of issues, I took it to BMW Sudbury because these guys are, like me, perfectionists. Al and Colleen go the distance to make it right, even when the issues are not of their making. The following is the WORST and the BEST BMW experiences I've ever had. If you own a BMW in Mass, you should read this. I own a 2016 BMW X5M. I've had the whole car wrapped to keep it like new. My car is immaculate. Aftermarket HRE black rims and the X5M paint is black sapphire. So here we go... Where to begin? When I came to pick up my car, was given the wrong paperwork. Finally got my paperwork with no explanation about why some services were not performed. Called a few days later. Put on hold. Phone rings and rings, someone picks up and hangs up, phone rings and rings. Someone picks up then hangs up. This happens five times. Call back. Finally get through. Please do not buy from this dealership. Atleast from John Dibetetto. He failed to explain me all the terms while buying the vehicle. Once asked for questions he asked me to meet a finance guy instead. Try other dealerships before going in here. Atleast they will answer your questions.

We went there to buy and new BMW. We found a car we liked, we made a deal and paid the deposit. We were told The car would be ready the next day. 3 days later the sales person calls and says we have sold the car, and was trying to offer us a lower priced car for higher monthly payment. Very unprofessional, very unrealaible. We still dont have the deposit back, even though its been 10 days and cant get another car until we get the deposit back. This Service center screwed up my imaculate BMW during a routine service visit. The car was badly scratched, the gearbox was damaged. These people are the main reason why I am not buying another BMW. These cars are way too complex for these "part changers" to deal with and during the "repair" process they will generally do more harm than good. Escalating the issues with their managers doesn't help. Don't expect BMW of NA Customer Service to help, they are also useless. Goodbye BMW!

worst experience ever, let me explain , I bought Honda CR-V 2010 on 1/31/16 to my wife , the sales person asked me to meet Mr. Edwin in finance who pressed on me to have extended warranty for the car , 2 days latter I had an appointment to receive the car , I went to Mr Edwin and asked him to cancel this extended warranty , he convinced me to keep for now and I can cancel it within a month without any fees, 4 days latter I called Edwin to cancel , he sent to me a form to fill out and I sent it back to him, per his email the ... read more
