Francesca was fantastic to work with and I was able to order a very limited allocation M3. Even with limited availability the pricing was unbeatable. OMG. This is now my 6th BMW from this amazing franchise. I actually was just taking my car in for service, when I met Mr. Ortiz and Mr. Leonard. I had over 75000 trouble free miles on my 2010 3 coupe. My only complaint had been I really wanted a convertible. Wonderful Dealership. I had found the exact car I wanted at another dealership. However, this dealership closes on Sunday so employees can enjoy church and family so I chose to work with them. And, I love the car I ended up with! Roger was AWESOME and we actually enjoyed the purchasing process! Ryan was very helpful as well. I like their business philosophy. We will use them again.

This dealership is A++. Personable service, no nonsense, no high pressure, bait and switch, etcetc. This is already saying a lot. Past that, I found an honest, up to par dealership that I can be comfortable with associating for a longer term. Ryan Amico was absolutely fabulous, I drove quite a ways to get out to Camarillo, all the way from Manhattan Beach and it was worth every ounce of gas. I had visited at least 6 L.A. based BMW dealerships before this and was either met with aloofness, rudeness, or someone who really wasn't interested in working out a good deal.
