Sales process was easy, friendly and haggle free. Special lease deal was honored with no surprises or upsell tactics. The delivery was thorough and the closing was simple. Ryan explained the lease charges with clarity and even presented options by which to lower payments with extra refundable security. Overall, a smooth, aggravetion-free deal.

The folks at Bob Smith BMW are the biggest "bait and switch" BMW dealership in the country!
