They have bad customer service!!! The service manager is so rude. Will never take my car here. They did not even service my bmw correctly. I had to take it to another bmw to have serviced. I paid them 5500 just to have zero repairs actually done!

The Service department completely ripped me off, I was told I need to purchase a new key fob because the spare couldn't be programmed after I mis-placed my original. I allowed them to order one, $744 later the key fob did not work and I was told I need a new ignition cylinder at $2000, Found my original key and it worked fine without issue. "UNPROFESSIONAL " They wrecked my car. I overheard the service department talking discriminately about the female customers I felt like they didn't take their jobs seriously and I also felt very awkward and uncomfortable as they asked me about my personal life it was a very uncomfortable experience a majority a them were like that as I won't name names but it was a bad experience for me personally.I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life at an establishment of business but I don't intend to go back.
