I've purchased two cars from Steve Thomas and have had the maintenance on the present one done there for the past 3 years. I got an excellent deal on both I couldn't get elsewhere. I got my new 2014 at $300 over cost (I had actual cost provided by Consumer Reports) and saved an additional $1800 by taking delivery at the factory in Munich which was suggested by the internet sales person when he learned I was going to be there in a few months on vacation. I just traded in my 2012 BMW 5-series for a larger family car for our growing family. While saying good-bye to my BMW wasn't something I was looking forward to, it was even harder to leave the Steve Thomas dealership and its service department. I've been furtunate to being able to purchase BMW's for more then 20 years. In the past 14 years I've used Steve Thomas BMW, even though I've tried other dealerships in the LA area. Steve thomas has always been to the point and direct pricing, they will send you the numbers and explain every fee or charge on the purchase order. This time around I've dealt with David Aviles and Katie Liakhovych. They are both fantastic to work with. As I told Steve Thomas years ago, you have a customer for life.
I typically don't write reviews but felt compelled to share my experience with Steve Thomas BMW or more specifically, Mr. Kwinn Knight, the Sales Manager. As I was looking around for good deals on a BMW i3 I emailed several dealerships around LA. They really helped me out with my trade in and pricing on the car i bought was great.
