I accompanied my son on his BMW Welt Euro Delivery and ultimate delivery at Steve Thomas BMW on his 'sweet' M3. It was arranged and coordinated by Ryan Amico; whom I met when we picked up the M3 (yesterday) at the dealership after it's ocean journey. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ryan was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and giving me several options to consider, pointing out the pros and cons of each. Where do I start.. After contacting several BMW dealerships, Steve Thomas BMW was the only dealership that had everything right. Without making me drive down to the dealership they were able to give me reliable quotes and frequent status updates as they certified the pre-owned vehicle that I was interested in. From start to finish Steve Thomas BMW exceeded my expectations of a "dealership." I've been to many over the years and this didn't feel like one. It was like entering a family home. I felt wanted and never pressured into anything. I was never left with unanswered questions and I'm still in awe over the whole experience. Hands down the best dealer I've ever bought a car from (or interacted with for that matter). Ryan Amico was more than helpful, listened to my concerns/questions, and found a way for us to work together - the result: I drove away in a new BMW when I only had planned to visit. I will continue to go to Ryan/Steve Thomas in the future for all my BMW needs. I doubt you'll find a better dealer out there regardless of location - and I've lived in Boston, New York, Los Angeles. 10 thumbs up for these guys.
super friendly ryan is awesome...even though the car had alittle problem, (its not their faults) and they didnt prepare the activation code for navi...ryan kept coming to check me...and he took care of me while i was waiting. signing process was super fast. we already made a deal through email so only thing i had to do was to sign a buch of papers. Even though steve thomas BMW was 2 hours distance from my house it was fantastic experience...no hassle...no negotiate strongly recommended
