I recently purchased a 2007 BMW 335i from Steve Thomas BMW. The Staff was great to me and my family. We were offered water and they were all just really Friendly. Ryan Amico was the salesperson who sold me the car and he was great. Wanted to make sure the car i get was the one i wanted. I would recomend this dealership to anyone that wants a BMW and great customer service to go with it.
I highly recommend anybody in the market for a BMW to go to Steve Thomas and ask for Ryan Amico. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Worked with Chris in the internet department who was easy going and very accommodating. I went in to look at several cars and took some time to think about the decision. I was not pressured or pushed into anything and when I did decide to purchase, Chris handled the paperwork part over the phone. I signed the papers next day on my lunch break and pick up the car. It is unusual when looking for and purchasing a car that one can actually feel the salesperon working "with" them. Not so with Ryan Amico. He listened to my needs and found the perfect car for me. No hard sell, just doing everything to make the sale a win/win for everyone. Car was ready when I arrived to see/drive, and once the decision was made to purchase, the paperwork and readying the car went as quickly as possible.
