We have been in the "market" for a new BMW for about a year now. In that time we have harrassed/terrorized the sales people over at Steve Thomas BMW when we would get the "ich" to take a test drive. I had sent out a e-mail to all the dealers that I was looking to buy or lease a car via the net. I sent about 25 dealers this e-mail. I had driven the car at my local dealer, but when we started to work the numbers I kept catching the CA at higher Bank deposit or different Money factors or Residual Values. This was definitely the most rewarding car-buying experience of my life. My wife and I traded in both of our current vehicles for two 325i's. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. When you purchase a BMW from Steve Thomas BMW and you drive the car off their lot, if you EVER have a PROBLEM, they will NEVER HELP YOU. I had a HUGE DANGEROUS PROBLEM and they would NOT HELP ME. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND STEVE THOMAS BMW.
"They have bad customer service!!! The service manager is..." They have bad customer service!!! The service manager is so rude. Will never take my car here. They did not even service my bmw correctly. I had to take it to another bmw to have serviced. I paid them 5500 just to have zero repairs actually done!
