I've been fortunate to have had many wonderful BMWs over the years, but last Saturday's visit to this dealership was, by far, the most enjoyable and stress-free car transaction ever. I thank Walter Borrmann and the staff for all they did to have us leave in our new 2011 335i x-drive (love the car, by the way), and to also enable us to return a 2008 BMW at lease end. Walter has been the best client advisor I have ever dealt with and I have had many cars in the past 10 years. The process was extremely smooth with many follow ups along the way. I was able to negotiate a price over the phone and ordered the car in the same day. The price was great and it was exactly as discussed over the phone when I picked up the car. He is very knowledgable and I will definately recommend Walter to anybody looking for a BMW.
Mr. V.RAMDAS and Mr. BURT ACHREKAR WERE VERY HELPFUL IN FINDING CAR FOR MY FAMILY. ALSO THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL TO GIVE ME PRICE RANGE OF CAR I WAS LOOKING.THEY ALSO HELP ME TO OBTAIN GOOD CONTRACT FOR MAINTENACE.IN SHORT BOTH EMPLOYEES ARE VERY FINE HUMAN BEING. I was referred to BMW Tenafly and Michael from the member of the M3Post.com forum as the service and deals were fantastic. I am not a fan of dealerships and sales types who are all in your face (e.g. Audi). Mikhail is a great dealer! Everything was exactly as discussed: price, paperwork, date of delivery, follow up. I like the idea of having a dealer, speaking my first language, sometimes I'm not familiar with terminology. Mikhail is good in explaining details. I already recommended Mikhail to my friends.

I recently bought a certified pre-owned BMW from BMW of Tenafly. The transaction was largely done over the phone and by e-mail because I was buying from out-of-state. The transaction was relatively painless, and the car was as-adertised. The price was very competitive. The dealership is large and spacious and in a nice, quiet town. I had a wonderful experience at BMW of Tenafly. I originally went in looking for a new car, but ultimately decided on a 2008 Certified Pre-Owned X5. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership, particularly Mark Militello, was a pleasure to deal with. The price of the car was fair, and I am thrilled with my new car.
I've never been to this dealership but the moment I stepped in, I felt the friendliness of the environment. We were immediately greeted w/ a wonderful smile and every employee I passed seemed so pleased to see me. The place was impeccably clean! And, the showrooms were huge!
