While shopping for a used BMW 750Li series, I saw a vehicle for sale on the internet with this dealer. When I visited them, I was introduced to Burt,who was very courteous and displayed friendliness as I have met him before. He politely answered all of my questions. We purchased a new BMW X5 25d on Tuesday, March 15, 2011. We felt very comfortable with all the people who helped. We didn't feel pressured. Michael Lyubimov was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was well informed about the vehicle and answered all our questions. Everyone was so professional and we enjoyed the entire process. Had a great experience at this dealership, there was no pressure to purchase, Salesman was excellent. Test drove the car i bought out of the showroom. The price they gave me for my trade in was fair. The dealership has a large selection of preowned cars to choose from. The preowned showroom is very impressive. Car was imaculate inside and out.

I had an excellent experience at BMW of Tenafly. I inquired about a vehicle that I saw on their website and I immediately received a call back. The customer service was great and Burt provided me valuable information about the vehicle. I appreciate Glenn's efforts in providing my financing options. I went to the dealership knowing I want to buy a car but I wasn't sure for which model I prefered. Sean worked every possible car i was interested in. I was impressed with everything he did. I've been looking to buy a car for a month and Sean made it happen. There was no pressure into buying anything but more like a family member giving you something you ask for. We bought a 2008 CPO BMW 535xit in January of 2011 from BMW of Tenafly, driving over 250 miles from New Hampshire.
