Luis was very polite, and willing to answer any questions that I had and to help me choose the perfect car. He showed me many different color styles of cars, with different interior and packages. I got to test drive the car I wanted. He was extremely patient with me while I made decisions, and so very helpful. I have been to many BMW dealerships in NJ when I was looking for a car, I have walked out of one of them due to terrible service and simply rude. At BMW TENAFLY I was treated GREAT by the sales manager Videsh, my sales man Rick and the business manager Glenn. They were all professional, kind and did not try to pull my leg. I got a great deal and amazing service. I STRONGLY SUGGEST BMW TENAFLY to anyone.

Outstanding customer service from this dealership and sales person, Burt Achrekar. Car was as described on the phone and listed on website. Staff was friendly. Burt was honest, easy to work with and not at all pushy. Made the entire transaction smooth and stress free. Overall an excellent experience. Would recommend this dealership.

We just got our first bmw this week. From the date we emailed the dealer for pricing to the day we drove the car home, Mike has been extremely helpful. Most importantly, unlike other dealers we talked to, he is very upfront and straightforward about the price. He is also very professional, efficient and friendly.

***Long time BMW owner/driver...was looking for a 750IL...extremely hard to find in the tri-state...and broke from Greenwich/Pace BMW (service/price issues) to go to TENAFLY BMW...why? I placed custom order for 2012 x6 with BMW of Tenafly. From the day one till the day of delivery they was in touch with me updating on progress of my order. Most important they stick to all promises and provided the highest customer service I've ever seen. Special thanks to Mikhail Lyubimov, he made this process so easy and simple. My wife and I are very pleased with the dealers' professionalism of their sales staff, in particular, Howard Brown, and their support staff, Kim and Rich who helped arrange the trade-in and purchase of a used vehicle. They seem very honest which is a very welcome surprise and have been supportive throughout. I would feel comfortable recommending others to this dealership for their BMW needs.
