Michael suggested to mark the price from the invoice during the first call. We scheduled visit, and in 3h20min I drove away in new 328ix, the whole experience was enjoyable and, the most important, fast. No doubt I will call Michael if I need another BMW, Vladimir

This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! I located the car on the Internet and purchased the vehicle over the phone. The sales person guided me to choose what I exactly need on my situation. And also, he give me a lot of useful information that I can go over it. The general manager was the manager who knows how to decide as quick as focusing the consumer's expectation.

I had a wonderful experience buying a BMW 328i at BMW of Tenafly. Mike was so friendly and helpful from the time we walked into the lot. He was a delightful young man and very well informed and took the time to make sure we understood everything. I would definitely refer him to anyone who is in the market for a BMW.
