Shawn Mohammed was our car dealer. He made my husband and I feel comfortable. He did not pressure us to buy any vehicle. He was proffesional, courteous, and most knowledgeable. I like him so much that I reccommended my friend to him to purchase BMW
I had a great experience at Tenafly BMW, no one was pushy and I got the car for just about what I wanted to pay.
I purchased 2 bmws from another dealer and wanted a third and basically got blown off by the dealer because it only had 1 vehicle in stock I wanted. Contacted Michael at BMW of Tenafly and made appointment and I am now driving the car I wanted. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and this experience ranked in the top 2.
Great dealership overall. Professional staff, great show room, and very friendly salesman. The car was delivered 3 weeks ahead of schedule and I couldn't ask for anything more. Mikhail is an excellent salesman and I would recommend him to anyone who plans on purchasing or leasing a BMW.
Very nice experience! Everyone in the dealership was very welcoming and friendly. Rick did everything he could to meet my numbers and I walked out of there with the car of my dreams and the payments I was comfortable with. Rick was professional, friendly, and very patient. Burt is a great salesmen, if you go to BMW of Tenafly i strongly recommend seeing Burt. Everything he tells you is straight forward and he really cares about the customer. He helped me get into my first bmw and I couldnt be happier with my decision.

We had a great experience buying our first - certified pre-owned car. Burt worked patiently with us, showing us different models in our price range and color preferences/other features. They took car of all the modifications/requests we had - and we happily picked up the car last week.
I had the most pleasant experience dealing with Mike Lyubimov. I was initially attracted to the dealership by the lowest quoted price for the X3. Fortunately the low price didn't mean poor service. Mike worked with me selecting the options and stayed on top of transaction and in touch while I was waiting for the car delivery.
