I have done business with this dealership before, and I was most impressed with Mikhail 'Mike'. We were able to work out a great deal (BMW of Tenafly always does), and he was most pleasant to deal with. He is on top of EVERYTHING. By that I mean he responded to all of my e-mails and phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner. He even dealt with my insurance agent directly making sure the process to have the car insured went smoothly. And when I couldn't get a ride to the dealership, he picked me up at my door. Mikhail Lyubimov is a great salesperson, a really knowledgeable professional. His work ethics are superb. His honest and very straight forward answers are invaluable and help quickly to make a right decision and complete a deal with a great pleasure. They are excellent and provide quality service. Sales people are knowledgeable. Dealership is neat and clean. They don't rush you out and answer all questions. They explored all possible finance options before I bought my car in order to give me the best deal

Walter was so knowledgeable and friendly, there was never a PRESSURE to make a deal immediately, which made me feel more comfortable. I had leased my last BMW from Park Ave and the differance was night and day! the drive was alittle further , but was well worth the trip.

I bought my first BMW at this dealership and worked with Mikhail Lyubimov. He is one of the best sales consultants i have ever worked with and I would recomend him anytime to anyone. This dealership also has nice management staff, very nice showroom and huge stock of cars. Give this dealer a try if you are looking for a pleasant experience buying the vehicle.

Working with Michael Lyubimov was a pleasure. From my initial contact with BMW of Tenafly (via the web) Michael patiently answered all my questions along the way and went out if his way to keep me informed of the status of the 335d car as it was built to order. I am thoroughly enjoying the 'ultimate driving experience' in my new car and would not hesitate to recommend Michael Lyubimov and BMW of Tenafly.

I was about to lease my new 2011 750Li xdrive from a different dealership, but before I did so, I decided to see if my last BMW salesman Angelo Guerriero, was still in the business. After picking up my wfie's 2008 X3 from Angelo, at a different dealership, he left. After tracking him down to BMW of Tenafly, I called him and went to see him. Needed to lease a new car. Michael was very helpful in assisting us with our new lease. We ended getting a 328i xDrive and it's been great. We originally contacted BMW of Tenafly via the web. Their response was very quick. I received a phone call the next morning.

Suzie was great - she got us what we wanted at a price we were happy with. The only negative was the overly hard sell on tire insurance by Glen (sorry Glen!). Made us think that BMW tires might pop on every little pebble in the road. We didn't get it and were led to think this was a huge mistake - why? whats up with your tires?? Otherwise - a very good experience overall. Thank you.
