I recently purchased a 2009 Mercedes C350 Sport from BMW of Tenafly. I pulled into the dealership late on a Saturday afternoon, around 5pm. Little did I know they close at 5pm. I planned on looking around and then coming back when they were open. As I was looking at the car a gentlemen walked up and asked if he could assist me. Just got my car on Monday. I dealt with Marlen Gafanovich - he was great! Got me a great deal, was very accommodating, took care of everything, made the whole transaction as easy as I could have hoped. Highly recommend him (and the dealership, the finance manager (Glen) was great too. Very happy with with everything and love my new 328 xi.

I've come to this dealership for service over 5+ times now and each time I've been fortunate enough to work with Ed. Ed defines "great" customer service. He's very knowledgeable, incredibly efficient and always charming. It's a true pleasure being able to drop my car off with Ed, knowing that it is in very good hands. I've been to several BMW dealerships and hands down Tenafly location has the best service. If you go, ask for Ed! He'll take very good care of you and your car!

I've been dealing with dealership since defio BMW! All staff members are great help I've recommended tenaflybmw to all family and friends! I just have 1issue on loaner vehicles. I currently own a 7 series and for a loaner I received a 3 series! My suggestion is owners of 5series on dwn receive 3 series and owners of 6&7 receive 5 series as loaners ! Still loving BMW NELL

Burt was a great sales person to work with. He was polite, low pressure and very accommodating to my and my wife's schedules. I purchased a used, non-BMW vehicle from Burt and things went well. The staff around Burt was friendly as well asking me if I needed coffee or water. I will say that Burt's manager, "V", wasn't particularly friendly. I did European Delivery of an M3 Convertible and Mike from BMW of Tenafly went above and beyond to get me into the car I've always wanted at the right price. Mike was always quick to respond to my e-mails and calls and always professional. He's upfront and honest and helped walk me through the entire ordering process. BMW of Tenafly and specifically Michael Lubimov, went above and beyond to get me into the car I've always wanted at the right price. Mike was upfront and honest and guided me throughout the ordering process and responded quickly to my calls and emails. He was able to handle a few setbacks and was patient with me, never pushy. I had an issue with my maintaince wattanty on my X5. I spoke with the general manager Michael Davidson and he worked effeciently to get the mattter resolved. Will buy from Tenefly again!
