I purchased a pre-owned 750Li here and had some issues with the car. My service advisor, Gem was amazing in her detail as far as following up with me, working with the service technicians and keeping the Service Director in the loop on progress. My Wife and I went in to look at a used 2012 BMW X5. We weren't expecting much as usually dealers aren't helpful. We were quite surprised how nice and helpful they were, Especially Marlen.
