I was very lucky to have Marlen as my client advisor. He was very friendly, helpful and thorough in every aspect of the buying process. It was my first time going through this whole process and I was pleased with the outcome. Marlen was very good at following up with us in terms of getting us exactly what we wanted. I would recommend this dealer to all my friends and family and i would definitely recommend Marlen as their client advisor because i had a great experience with him and my mom and i left very happy.

Overall it was a great car buying experience. Marlen knows the product inside and out. I got quotes from many dealers but Marlen gave me the best price for the car I wanted.

Marlen was extremely thorough and very service oriented. We started the process online and he immediately reached out to us and hand-held us through the process completely. He made the whole buying experience amazing and we will go back to him for our next car purchase hands down.

My leased car was only a few weeks old before it was almost totaled in a hit and run accident. Prior to that, I had a Lexus for twelve years that had never been in an accident, making this wreck an even bigger issue. Ricki Shamen was awesome to deal with when I leased the car initially and then Steven just couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgable, and communicative during the repair process. I had a great experience purchasing my used but still incredibly looking BMW. Buying a car is an exhausting and arduous process but Luisa was there to make it much easier to bear. Overall a plesant experience, a few bumps but mostly due to the process itself not because of Luisa. Highly recommend her and this dealership.

Being a woman walking alone into a dealership could be a little intimidating. Expecting an uncomfortable experience, I was totally relieved when I met Luisa. She greeted me with professionalism and kindness. She met all my expectations and went well beyond her call of duty. I was shopping at another BMW dealership, but went back to Tenafly because of Luisa.

Burt was a fantastic salesman! Best experience buying a car (and I bought many cars fr other dealers)...Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy like a typical car salesman...treated you like company rather than "lets get a sale " ...they had quite a large selection too...it was our first stop in researching but we didn't need to go any further...Love the car!!! Hugo, the manager, was great as well...If you are in the market for a BMW this is the only place to go!!!!!

Before I got to this dealership, I contacted another dealership in NJ and they didn’t even bother to call me back. Therefore, I'm happy that this dealer was the one I made a purchase from. The dealership is wonderful. The staff was very helpful, friendly and they are easy to work with no pressure at all. My experience with the service and sales department at BMW of Tenalfy has been great. They have a terrific staff that is willing to go the extra mile to make sure every customer is satisfied. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
