The service was absolutely amazing Everything I asked for. I worked with Euna Wilson and she had provided the best service I have ever received. The CPO deals that they provide are worth looking at. You will be completely surprised. BMW of Tenafly exceeded my expectations.
Just picked up my 2017 BMW 540xi from BMW of Tenafly. Despite living only 5 minutes from my local BMW dealership, I always welcome the one hour drive to BMW of Tenafly just to work with Ricki Shamen -- the best BMW client advisor in the state of New Jersey. Thank you, Ricki, once again for an amazing experience.
At first when I went in I wasn't satisfied with the person I saw, then thankfully John Viola was able to help me out. I would recommend this service.

My car buying experience at the BMW of Tenafly was an absolute pleasure. I didn’t have an appointment when I wandered onto the lot Saturday midday. I walked in knowing what I wanted 30 minutes prior to closing, my sales rep Cristali Fernandez stayed behind hours to get me a great deal, and 2 days later, I'm in my new BMW!! Total time at the dealership was a total of 2 hours max. If you hate wasting time at a dealer, know your credit, research the car you want and price you wanna pay before you go, and ask for Cristali Fernandez!

Came in to have my car serviced due to my air conditioner not getting cold. I called Christian he scheduled a appointment for the next day. Brought my car in the next morning, wherr a loaner was waiting our arrival. A few hours later Christian called and said I can pick up my car. The air conditioning issue was completely replaced. No fees, no hassle, paperwork was fast and easy, my car was clean levels topped off and ready to go. Now the customer service "reps" always rub me the wrong way.
