BMW of Tenafly has a wonderful dealership going. I use my experience there as the standard of all my customer service expectations with other companies. I have purchased both new and used vehicles before and have was not looking forward to the process again. Marlen, however, made this process a positive experience. He was extremely helpful in suggesting a vehicle that we might be interested in and took the time to answer all of our questions without pressuring us. Worked with Mikhail to lease my new 750. He was always very friendly, attentive, knowledgable. Followed up on every detail in a very timely fashion. Hands down Mikhail is the best salesman I have ever dealt with!!! I have accompanied my father (big time bargainer) on 6 car purchases and as you can imagine I have dealt with many salesman. I am not going to go into Customer Service, Quality of Work, Friendliness, Overall Experience and Price as you can see I gave him a 5/5 for a reason. Had a good experience working with Luisa, she made the car purchase much easier for me. I bought the car over the phone as I live on the west coast. The whole transaction went real smooth and working with Luisa was amazing. She helped me to faciliate the paperwork and shipping the car all the way to Utah. Great buying experience here. Mykhail was helpful and responsive in getting me all of the information needed. He was also persistent in assessing my needs and working to negotiate the best deal for me. They accomodated everything down to my timing of delivery.
