Marlen was extremely responsive and knowledgeable during our initial phone conversations. Once I arrived at the dealership, everything was ready and in order, allowing for a smooth, easy, and quick transaction. The car was exactly what I asked for and he took the time to make sure I understood everything before I drove off.
Rick was not like the typical car salesman. Not pushy at all - very honest and knowledgeable about the auto we were interested in. He wanted to make sure we got the car that was right for our family.
