Dominck, Sandra, and Ronnie went above and beyond! The staff and service was great! They were courteous and professional! Even staff that were not directly working with me or my car were friendly! My car's service was done in only a short while. I drove it home and it seemed brand new- well maybe not brand new but the best a 2007 could be!!! Thanks again for everything!

I have just recently leased my first BWM and was thrilled with the service and attention that I received at BWM of Tenafly. The salesman who took care of me, Angelo Guerriero, could not have been more helpful from start to finish. This was my first time leasing a car and the process was extremely streamlined and easy, not to mention I got a great deal! I told Victor Sousa I'm having an issue with my vehicle. He had Sandra (Service Manager) give me a call (which was within a matter of minutes). She in turn set up an appointment with Robert (Service rep) for the very next day! The repair shop's foreman drove with me in my vehicle to determine said issue. I was given a beautiful loaner for the day; the very next day Robert called for me to pick up my vehicle. Marlen's services exceeded my expectation. He's very thoughtful, respectful and friendly, knowing what I want and not pushy. I always heard bad car shopping experiences from others, but my dealing with Marlen was very pleasant. Since I can only come to the dealer later in the afternoon, he worked overtime to help me out couple of times. He's very patient and great at post sale service. I will highly recommand Marlen to my friends.

This is my 4th vehicle purchase from this dealerhip and what I love most is the friendly staff and the customer service. Each time I purchase a car the Sales Rep makes me feel that my purchase was the most important thing to him at that time. The price is always competitive.
