Ricki has been our salesperson for the last 8 or so cars and instead of dreading the paperwork, decisions or options, she takes care of everything. She is accurate, efficient, smart, friendly, available and fair. What more could you ask for? Her personal service and attention to details gives us confidence that nothing is being missed - and it never is.

Another reason I go to BMW of Tenafly, is their service department. Bob Ryan gets me in and out quickly when I drop off the car, and the waiting room is clean and comfortable if I am there for a quick visit. Bob sends me updates as needed, and the car is ready when promised. Most importantly, the technicians fix the car properly the first time. Never have I had to bring the car back because something wasn't done right the first time.

This is my third time leasing at BMW of Tenafly. My salesperson, Ricki Shamen, knows the vehicles, leasing and financing programs cold; and will work with you to get you the best deal. At delivery, everything works like clockwork - nothing hidden, no surprises, no extra costs. The car is delivered in perfect shape, and Ricki will spend whatever time you need to review the workings of the car.

I live in Northern IL. After finding the exact vehicle I was looking for on AutoTrader.com(a 2006 BMW X3 w/ a Manual Transmission), I contacted BMW of Tenafly. Luisa Rosario was very courteous, and very helpful with facilitating my visit to NJ. The car was spotless, and beautifully detailed. The staff was very friendly, and allowed me to, quite literally, crawl all over(and under) the vehicle. I have leased four BMWs through Ricki Shamen and BMW of Tenafly and both are first class. Very attentive to detail and make the whole process as seamless as possible. Car quality is great and they are very accomodating for service.

Ricki is the most knowledgeable and professional sales person we have ever worked with. She is responsive and has been very patient (even we we have changed our mind regarding options, models etc). Ricki Shamen, in my opinion make the new car buying experince most enjoyable. She is extremely knowledgeable wiht her product, answered every question and followed thru from start to finish.. This to me is agreat testament on how the dealership conducts itself.. The entire staff I consider friendly and couteous form the receptionist to the valet..
