Stevens Creek BMW - Service Advisor Riccardo I dropped my 6 Series for regular service. I was happy with the service level provided and my service advisor Riccardo Forleo was very friendly and knowledgeable in explaining me what my car needed. He also kept me updated through the day and I was able to plan by busy day.
