Stevens Creek BMW The check in process was a bit slow as it was packed day (even with an appointment) but the service was quick and completed 1-2 hours ahead of schedule.

Satisfied I purchased my 2008 550i from Stevens Creek BMW in 2007. I have taken it back at every service interval and had the recommended maintenance performed as well. The last service visit had to do with the electronics. Still has one minor problem with the electronics which will get addressed at the next service interval. Otherwise the car runs like new with a little over 110K miles on it. My service adviser, SB, has been very helpful especially in getting a loaner car when I need it.

Bought my BMW 335i Xdrive at Steven Creek I've bought my POC 335i Xdrive 2014 at Steven Creek BMW after seen it in cars.com. I'm really happy with the car. It looks just like new and it runs great that exactly what they said as a pre-own cert. car.

Service The oil change, recall and 35,000 mile service were all completed ahead of time including a car wash.It was great to have a new BMW as a loaner! Mr.Simon, the service advisor, was very thorough and nice to deal with.
