I use the term a "pro's pro" when describing professionals in any field that not only are appreciated by their customers, but also set a standard for other professionals. I can sometimes be a difficult old fart, especially when comfronted by a young whiper snapper salesman....however he knew his stuff (product), had passion, and did a good job on behalf of BMW. The dealership as whole reflected the same, especially pride in what they offer. Dealing with Finance and after-sales was even a pleasure....imagine that. This is my first BMW....the adventure begins :-)

Steve, Ethan and the whole team at Kuni provided my wife and I with such excellent service and communication that we were hard pressed to seriously consider their competitor's comparable vehicle. From our first test drive, Steve stayed in communication with us on available models that fit our specifications. Ethan's follow-up on the vehicle introduction was patient and informative and everyone was sensitive to our time restrictions. I would certainly buy from the team at Kuni again.

Connor was very thorough in going over my car details. He was very patient and approachable. Connor knew his product and did a good job in explaining all details. I recommend Connor to anyone interested because he is truly a genius.

Everything was great except that: I told the receptionist that I wanted to talked to someone in sales and not a single sales person came to me for more than an hour and eventually I had to grab a sales person who was standing idle. Again, everything else was great.

Really, really loved my experience with Kuni BMW and Nathan Martin. Nathan, what can I say about this guy. He is amazing. During the sale he treated me like a friend and listened to my needs and got me the perfect car for me. I love it more every day that I drive it. I have come in a couple of times since the purchase for service and to buy accessories and both times Nathan has walked over to say hi to me and chat like old friends. What a great place to buy a car!

Joseph and Mike were wonderful to work with! They worked really hard to get me the car I wanted. They were available to answer all my questions even before I decided to lease the car. When I went to sign the paperwork they had everything ready and I was in and out of the dealership in the time they promised. I will be coming back to Kuni for my next car!
