Joseph was a joy to work with. He had the patients of Job when explaining some of the computer workings to me. I have never had a car with so much to learn about it. He made me feel comfortable driving off for my 3 hours drive home. I will schedule a follow up with him to answer question that may come up and learn more. Connor is indeed a BMW Genius. The test drive route allowed for a great demonstration of the car's capabilities. By the time we were done, my wife was hooked. Everyone that helped us out was friendly, and helpful.

Excellent product knowledge. He showed me things I had no idea it could do! Wowed. Set up a follow up appointment to give me time to use the vehicle a little, so that I can ask specific questions that will arise as I drive the vehicle a bit. Extremely courteous and helpful. Answered all of my questions. He is quite correct, I have a few questions already! Very fun experience.
