Mike, Jeneva, and Joseph made another sales experience very satisfying. This is my 4th BMW I've bought from Kuni. Every time they meet and exceed my expectations. As a wrap-up to the sale, Joseph was very knowledgeable about the features and functions of my new car. Joseph made me feel very comfortable and explained every option on my 750LI. I drove off the lot knowing I had Kuni's best team behind me!

I stopped by just to ask a quick question, and even though Joseph was busy assisting another customer at the time, he went out of his way to assist me as well. He demonstrated extreme patience and solid gold customer service in the way that he explained detailed information about my new vehicle, and it was obvious that he takes pride in his work. Lee and Joseph were awesome. They helped my pick out a car and even after I changed my mind the next day and decided on another model with more features. They had the new one ready to pick up as soon as I got there. No pressure and extremely helpful from sales to finance. Joseph was very knowledgeable and assisted us with all the new technology. I highly recommend working with Joseph and Kuni BMW!

Picking up the new ride couldn't have gone easier. Lifestyle driven personnel (Beni and Ryan) helped guide my husband and I to the perfect model. Loved the session with Joseph at the end, I really appreciated how he did not talk down and presented in a way that would be easy for anyone to follow. Drove away with a huge smile on my face. Thanks Kuni, we will be back!

Best dealership i have been. I was hunting for a new ride and been thru at least 6 dealership and hands down Kuni BMW is the best. From the moment i stepped in til i drove the car, i was treated not just a customer but a friend. Very friendly staff and good atmosphere. They will look for the car you desire and also will also work with your price range. I recommened Jennifer Pasquini, she's very entertaining and out going. Had a great time shopping at Kuni.

Joe did a great job explaining the somewhat complicated systems of our new x3 to a couple of old folks who are a little technology challenged. We really enjoyed his enthusiasm for his work, his patience and his expertise. Learning was fun. Mike helped up make up our minds after a long search for a new vehicle. He patiently answered a long string questions and concerns. He clearly knows his product and represents it well.
