I have just purchased a 2011 M3 and I couldnt have been happier with both the car and the buying experience. Everything from the price to the demonstration was top notch, on top of that, they are taking me to the track in an upcoming track day event which only adds up to the great M car lifestyle. 5 stars doesn't do justice for the experience I had at Kuni... I came in interested in a honda they had for sale on the lot. Bennet was my salesmen and quickly became more of a friend. I wasn't there to buy a $70,000 BMW, but he still respected and treated me as if I were. It gets better! He was very clear and honest in what he knew and didn't know about the car, wrote down my questions and got back to me with the answers very promptly. OK... I'll admit it... I am (a bit of) a car addict. I have had cars from Mercedes (E550 Convertible), LandRover (Range Rover Sport), Lexus (ISF), and now a BMW 550i, all in the past 5 years, So I have experienced the service and support from all of these brands and local dealerships. Beni was very knowledgeable about BMW's in general, throughout our time we spent with Beni there was not one question we had that he didn't know the answer to. I believe that in order to be a good at what you do you have to know your product inside and out, Beni was exceptional!

I had shopped around for many months for a used BMW. I actually started with the finance people (Guy Wheeler and Tyler Murdock, both were excellent) at Kuni, who helped me get pre approved. I was then transferred to Mike Baggs and my experience was excellent. Mike had just the right combination of customer service but NO BS. I just wanted straight answers, speed, and honesty. I received those and am very satisfied with my car and the overall experience. I recommend Mike Baggs and Kuni to others.
