Out of state buyer, home state registration and title delays, disappointing buying experience. ***PLEASE READ - OUT OF STATE BUYERS - BEWARE*** I recently purchased a vehicle from Kuni BMW as an out of state purchase. David Fernando was excellent as always. However, the technical team damaged interior trim, incorrectly re assembled interior trim, and the clear coat on the car was damaged severely from incorrect washing, now showing scratches over the entire hood from being wiped with abrasive particles still on the car! I’m appalled and hugely dissatisfied. Hit a pothole late at night and blew out the right front tire on our X3. Called Kuni service next morning and was told to bring the vehicle in for an emergency tire repair. Did so and received immediate assistance. Kuni kept the X3 overnight as they had to order and replace the two front tires. Needed an alignment, oil change, and cabin air filters. All service was completed allowing for pick-up of the vehicle within 24 hours from the time we dropped it off. Excellent service and customer support.

Worst service manager ( Jeff ) ever he was racist and unprofessional didn’t even understand what customer service is. And after the bad service he offered to pay for my service to shut my mouth down and not say anything but I refused.

Went in for service which was going to be no charge… and left with a $2100.00 issue on my hands. My car is only 4 years old and had a cracked engine mount. Should be a recall issue with such low miles. Priscilla is always fantastic tho. Great communicator and seems to always be understanding. Was able to knock $400 the large repair cost. But still obviously very uneasy about the expense! Thankful for the loaner because we live out in the Clackamas area.
