I usually dont write reviews but this dealership deserved one. Great customer service with a pleasant attitude and a smile. Skylar the customer service guy who greets you makes you feel welcome and puts you at ease. That goes along way even on a good day! I always get an answer when I call I am not put on hold forever waiting, which is a great thing my questions are answered and I am taking care of promptly. Thanks Kuni for a job well done. It doesnt go unnoticed by your customers!
I purchased my ED X3 at Kuni. They were the first dealer I stopped at after researching the X3 for over 1 year. It was a very low pressure sales process spread over a month. During my first visit I test drove a X3 3.0i and was very impressed. The SA (Mike Baggs) ask if I would work with him when I was ready to make an offer, I told him I would. Not very professional for a luxury establishment. Struggled with getting work promised taken care of. I should not have to get frustrated and then treated as if you are doing me a favor; where is the honest and let’s make it right attitude?? Sales manager was the worst similar to sales person when I bought the car; seems to me unfriendly bunch in sales area. However Much better in service! Thank you Jeff and Priscilla!

A very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Roberto and Scott were professional and friendly and a pleasure to work with in purchasing our car. I felt like we were treated as if we were buying a new car. There attention to making sure the car was just right was great.
